A wiki is a collaborative web page in which members can edit and comment. In Hawaiian, the word wiki literally means "really quick." A wiki page is a "really quick" way to access and change informational webpages. an example of a popular wiki would be Wikipedia. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia open to the public where members of the site have created and can edit their own entries to enlighten the public with (although the public must be aware and cautious of incorrect information).
Today, each of the attending faculty members learned how to create, edit, and link to and from pages using EditMe wikis and are already dreaming up creative lesson plans. Here are a few examples:
